* Starting October 1st, 2009, all FHA appraisals must be completed by a Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser. This may cause some disruption in the industry since many Licensed Appraiser's will be removed from the HUD/FHA panel. Currently, there is no grand-fathering of these Licensed Appraiser's, even if they have been doing FHA appraisals for years... It is a shame, but we do have two Certified Residential Appraiser's to handle the additional volume that is expected. Call or email for additional details.
